If you are having issues logging in to Open LMS or Office 365, please try the Mitchell CC Password Services first located at https://password.students.mitchellcc.edu/PasswordReset

If that does not resolve your login issue, please email itsupport@mitchellcc.edu which automatically generates a helpdesk ticket with our IT Department.

First and last Name

Your Mitchell email address

Contact phone number (with a time frame that you will be available)

When the IT Department contacts you, please be prepared to answer questions to verify your identity. These questions better protect you and the college’s security.
